Challenges

Keeping track of my WW forum challenges.  For each challenge I set two goals for myself. The first is weight loss – how many pounds I will try to lose that month and the second is activity minutes. I do not include regular walking in my activity – only anything above and beyond my day to day routines. My activity currently consists of: gym (cardio & weight training), at home workout videos, and extra walks (a minimum of 45min that I would not usually do e.g. walking somewhere in lieu of taking the metro/subway or bus).

Marching On: +1.2/2lbs and 95/500 mins

Fast Forward in February: -2/4 and 370/1000 mins (BUST!)

January Jumpstart (2012!): -4.6/5 lbs and 1145/1200mins (Final Stats)

Determined in December: +0.6/4 lbs and 1110/1200 mins (Final Stats)

No Excuses in November: -3.2/4 lbs and 1140/1200 mins (Final Stats)

Rocktober: -2.2/4 lbs and 1185/1200 mins (Final Stats)

Slender September Superstars: -1/5 lbs and 1085/1200 mins (Final Stats)

Awesome in August: -0.6/7 and 1325/1200 mins (Final Stats)

July ? (Bust!)

Just do it in June: -4.1/4 and 315/1000 (BUST!)

May the Force be with You: -5.1/8 lbs and 1160/1200 mins (Final Stats)

Accountable in April: -3/6 lbs and 1330/1200 mins (Final Stats)

March Meltdown: -7/8 and 1150/1200 (Final Stats)

Fab-u-less in February: -3.6/8 and 1215/1200 mins (Final Stats)

January Jumpstart: -6.4/8 and 1235/1200 mins (Final Stats)

Determined in December:  -10.6/8 and 1310/1200 mins (Final Stats)

Nifty in November: -10/8 lbs and 1510/1200 mins (Final Stats)

Outstanding in October: -4.6/8 lbs and 1185/1000 mins (Final Stats)

Slimming in September: -7.4/8 lbs and 950/800 mins (Final Stats)

Active In August: -11/8 lbs and 710/600 mins (Final Stats)
