So Tuesday’s are my weigh-in day. I weigh myself at ww meetings once a week. I don’t feel the need to weigh myself everyday because I know that it can fluctuate quite a bit, even over the course of a day. So I chose Tuesday’s at noon to weigh-in.
This week was a bit tough for me – I made a great vegetarian curry with cauliflower, chick peas, potatoes, and green beans. Curry and indian food is completely my weakness! However I got back on track over the weekend and monday and all seems to have turned out well!
The result (drum roll!)…. I was down 4.6lbs!!
That’s a total of 11.4 down! Here’s what 11lbs of butter looks like 🙂
