Three things I did well:
1. Did not snack at work beyond my planned snacks
2. Ate an apple before dinner plans to make sure I wasn’t starving
3. Did not have an extra piece of fried seafood pancake at dinner

Went out for dinner with friends and didn’t work out today – still sore from yesterday’s gym session. I will make it up over the weekend.
