Three things I did well:
1. Bought healthy snacks to supplement my lunch:cantelope and cut veggies
2. Made pasta for dinner and portioned out my food for lunches right away.
3. To tame my chocolate cravings I made a homemade hot chocolate with unsweetened cocoa & splenda.
