Photos! I’m realizing my food may not look delicious all the time, but hey – I like it 🙂 Also, don’t have photos today of my breakfast as I didn’t make the decision to post until weigh-in.

Here’s a salad I made for lunch: cottage cheese with green onions and radishes. I grew up with this salad, it was a standard at our weekend lunches and it always takes me back:

Lunch! Turkey sandwich with cottage cheese salad

 

Afternoon snack: veggies with dip

 

Dinner! Salmon with dill and a whole slew of roasted potatoes.
